Return Process

  Locate Your Packing Slip

  Find the original packing slip included in your shipment or print a new return form from our online order history portal.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original American Girl packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of your box, or generate a new one via our Returns Center.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Give your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund or exchange status.
